4 output file argument only used for its extension was created in subtitle_it

Don't now how to explain, here an example :

subtitle_it file_in.srt file_out.sub

will create an output file file_in.sub i.e. only the extension of 'file_out.sub...

3 -l option w/o argument doesn't work was created in subtitle_it

The option -l used without argument does not show the available languages as stated in the usage message.
